The coach can log into client’s account a any time and work within the “Coaching” area or interact directly into client’s diary if required.
Like this the coach can quickly get an overview of the client’s progress and can always interact if needed. Having access to client’s data enables best possible preperation for upcoming telephone coaching appointments.
The coach can also use the “Chat” as an uncomplicated communication method between the coaching appointments (e.g. praise, motivation, etc.).
